SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders shipped to addresses in the United States are shipped U.P.S. or Federal Express.
Orders are usually shipped within 7 days after receipt of payment.

RETURNS & DISCREPANCIES:

Please be sure to double check sizes on all Robes for they are non-refundable! 
Suits may be returned un-worn and un-altered for refund or exchange.
After 30 Days
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds issued on merchandise returned after 30 days. Also, freight charges are non-refundable.
After 90 Days
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges after 90 days.

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

We pack your merchandise very carefully and cannot be responsible for damage in transit. 
Parcel Post shipments are insured.  If a Parcel Post shipment is received in damaged condition,
notify your post office and give them the damaged carton.  DO NOT return it to us. 
We advise you to inspect and count your packages before signing the delivery papers. 
If you receive a shipment by U.P.S., truck, bus or express mail containing damaged merchandise, please follow the instructions below:

 If damaged COMPLETELY:  Refuse delivery.  Do not sign the delivery papers. 
Contact us for replacement shipment.

If damaged PARTIALLY:  Do not sign the delivery papers until the carrier indicates the extent of the damaged on your copy of the delivery papers.  Contact the carrier for settlement of the claim.

 If damage is CONCEALED:  If any hidden damage is found after the delivery, you must file a claim with the carrier.  Contact the carrier within three (3) days after delivery and arrange for a concealed damage inspection.
